How it works
Dedicated Plans give you the ability to use your Alma hours to build a regular weekly schedule of guaranteed hours at Alma. You can tailor your hours to the times and days you plan to see clients. Before you sign-up for Alma, our team will work with you to set a weekly, recurring schedule. You are guaranteed the same room for each recurring dedicated hours. While you can customize your weekly schedule, that schedule needs to remain the same each week you’re at Alma.
Is there a minimum session length for guaranteed hours at Alma?
Yes. The minimum guaranteed hours is one hour during off-peak hours and three hours during peak hours. Rooms can be booked for longer periods of time in 15 minute increments.
What happens if my guaranteed hours falls on a holiday?
If your guaranteed hours falls on a holiday when Alma is closed, you will be credited for the hours you would have had that day. These hours can be re-booked as on-demand hours for another day when we are open.
What if I need to change my guaranteed hours times or days?
You can change your guaranteed hours up until the 15th of each preceding month. For example, if you want to change your March schedule, you need to let us know about the change by February 15th. After the 15th of the preceding month, guaranteed hours cannot be cancelled or modified. Changes to guaranteed hours will be subject to availability for the new times you request.
Will I always have the same room?
Yes! For guaranteed hours you are guaranteed the same room unless otherwise specified when you enroll. Room assignments may change month-to-month.
How far out can I book clients in my guaranteed hours?
As long as you want! If you change your guaranteed hours blocks, put your membership on hold, or cancel your membership, you will be responsible for notifying your clients of the change and all affected reservations will be automatically cancelled.
